Serious quality teaching and coaching in a fun, friendly and welcoming environment. Everyone is warm and encouraging but the standards are never less than exacting.
Iria my singing teacher is a pleasure. I find I am also learning to read music and so much more besides just singing. I never knew learning could be this much fun.

I have been Visiting the West Kensington Music Team now for over a year and I can honestly say that I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Not only are they highly professional and efficient, but also make everything enjoyable - which in my humble opinion I think is the most important. After a lesson I leave feeling inspired and excited to work on the upcoming projects - this is down to their teaching methods and the fact that they are passionate about what they do and how they do it.
I have had Piano lessons since I was a young boy and I came to the West Kensington Music Team to specialise In Composition and music theory- I have been thrilled with how they have approached my specific needs as a musician, and I can clearly see they cater for all their students whatever level from beginner to advanced. I would highly recommend the West Kensington Music Team they are a pleasure to work with!

It must be more than 12 months ago I had been looking for a piano teacher who was highly accomplished, knowledgeable, a proven track record of helping someone like myself with absolutely no knowledge of playing the piano. I have found that in both Juan and Gisela,
I came to them with just wanting to learn to play a piece I had always wanted to learn. They have taken me from having absolutely no knowledge of playing the piano to being able to play a number of challenging pieces including my original request and now on to taking Grade 3 exam.
Simply amazing as playing chop sticks before was a challenge for me. What I most like is they make you feel welcome and at ease along with their genuine desire for you to do well. The high standards they maintain ensure nothing is missed with patient encouragement. Whatever level you wish to attain I highly recommended piano teacher WKMT.

Everyone at the West Kensington Music Team are experience musicians and excellent tutors. Juan has created a very hospitable atmosphere within his home with the added bonus of complimentary beverages. I started taking piano lessons along with music theory lessons in order to prepare for my university audition which required a 45 minute theory exam and 10 minute aural test, and thanks to the team I have been offered a place.
They cater to individuals of all ages, their prices are excellent and they also know how to have a laugh. I would recommend anyone who wants to learn an instrument or prepare for an exam to the West Kensington Music Team.

My daughter has been having piano tuition at the studio since June 2016. She has made great improvements with the help of her tutor so we are pleased with her progress. All the staff including the artistic director Juan are very welcoming to both of us.

I started to learn the piano at WKMT a year and a half ago as a beginner. From the very first lesson I felt welcome and like visiting friends, who are also your teachers. Every teacher is very positive and motivating and enables you to learn and progress at your own pace. I worked with Gisela on the piano and she is a great teacher, very patient and you can feel her love for what she is doing. I later on added singing lessons with Michael and that was a great decision. I am hooked with music now more than ever before and I am looking forward to every single lesson. Great experience and great value for money!

I used the lovely Yamaha C3 in the studio to record my new album. Juan and his team have been most helpful with the recording. The piano sounded lovely and Tom, the engineer, was great to work with. I highly recommend this!
