Wicken toys helped us out of a hole when we let down by another company. They went beyond their duty to get our sons birthday present to us in time and their customer service was out of this world. A***+++ all the way and will definitely use again. So very many thanks x

Absolutely brilliant service! After being let down by another company who apparently had the go-kart in stock, Wicken Toys came to the last-minute rescue to ensure my youngest received the much anticipated go-kart for Christmas. Thanks again for all your wonderful help!

We're back for a second purchase. We were so happy with the quality and service last time, having moved house, we were happy to go back again. Chris was really helpful, giving advice on which products would best fit the space, what is safe, measuring out with us, whilst staying in budget AND ticking the kids wish list. Thank you again.

Fantastic service from Wicken Toys. Visited twice to see and try out equipment before making a decision. Honest and friendly advice and excellent value for money. They have just been to set up the trampoline, couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. Would recommend Wicken Toys to anybody looking for play equipment

Excellent range of trampolines in display to try out and people present able to talk through the differences and explain what you are paying for. This isn't obvious when just looking on the internet. The range of other garden toys, slides, swings etc looked good as well, but didn't really investigate this area

We ordered a springfree trampoline from Wicken Toys last week. They gave excellent friendly customer service over the phone. The guy who delivered and installed the trampoline today was excellent, so efficient, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Outstanding!! Ordered a 12ft trampoline and realised during assembly of the frame how enormous it is - too big for our garden!! Wicken Toys happily swapped it for a 10ft one, which they delivered!! Really friendly, great customer service and the best price for my product. Thank-you Wicken Toys for helping me out with a very silly mistake on my part!!

Great service! Ordered a trampoline from these guys late on Thursday afternoon and they even managed to accommodate my ridiculous request to have it installed before the kids came home from school the next day! Chris the installer was great & happy to show me how it all fitted together and even reminded me to complete my extended warranty! :) Excellent!!!

Went to Wicken Toys after a bad experience with another company and was not disappointed. I called them on Friday 26 urgently wanting a Ketler Go Kart for my daughter's birthday on Monday 29 Feb. The gentleman called me back on time as promised and had arranged for the delivery the next day (sat). They were very polite and went above and beyond what you would expect. Highly recommend and would defiantly use again. Thank you so much. My daughter loved the Go kart and it turned up in immaculate condition. I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks again.

Brilliant, knowledgeable and very friendly staff - this is a fab place to go for children's play equipment. We bought a trampoline and climbing frame from them and just had the climbing frame delivered today by Chris and Paul (it was ex-display - the trampoline was installed in the summer). They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful all the way from the initial contact, through to choosing the frame/trampoline and then installing. Recommend wholeheartedly.

We bought a Creative Playthings Chesapeake Tower and my daughter loves it - even though she is now 7! It was fantastic value for money and now will be revarnished and passed onto my godson so not doubt will go on for a few more years yet! Very good service and a great place to see the equipment and decide what is best for you!

A* for quality Tp products trampolines, my parents bought one for me 19years ago and it's been through 6 house moves and is still going strong as good as new proper build quality have only ever replaced the mat tye down.
compared to the cheap low quality diy store ones which don't last a year ending up thrown away. High Quality ones may cost alot but you pay for the workmanship and quality steel used they are a investment in your children's safety as they are reliable.
I have from then to now been in recreational trampolining /coaching because the product helped inspire my creativity and confidence in the sport and safety of it if using the best equipment. I would always recommend Wicken toys to anyone even though I now live in weston super mare.
