Glow Green Engineers arrived on time. Fenton was extremely friendly & professional and very knowledgeable. Both engineers explained in detail how the boiler worked. They cleared all rubbish away and left area clean and tidy. I was extremely impressed with Fenton and the service and would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Glow Green enough, the communication in respect of the new boiler was fantastic, and they kept me updated throughout. The gas fitters were great, they called me the night before to let me know what time they would arrive and they arrived within the half hour time frame given. They carried out the fitting without causing too much mess and took away all the old pipework and boiler.

I had my existing gas boiler replaced and Stuart was the engineer who carried out the removal and replacement. He advised me that a power clean would be beneficial and showed me examples of previous cleaning. He systematically flushed and cleaned every radiator and I could see how much residue was removed. The radiators were much hotter after cleaning and the entire work was done in a methodical and painstaking way. He was with me for 10 hours and took pains to leave everything clean and tidy. I could not have asked for a better installation.

A very straightforward and easy process to replace our ageing boiler. Very competitive quote and following comprehensive survey. Lee and Sam showed up on the appointed day to do the installation. Everything was done professionally and cheerfully and then everything was checked thoroughly for leaks (none), correct pressures and finally all was finished off neatly and cleanly. Old boiler, old flue, packaging, offcuts of wire and piping all taken away. Neat job completed promptly.

Excellent comparative price and thorough survey. Engineer fitted with minimum disruption all nice and neat into garage out of the way. Consultation enabled routing of pipes and cables so as to cause minimum disruption to storage facilities elsewhere. Carpets all covered and no mess. Great job. Would highly recommend. Care package is competitive and makes sense to have with installers.

The Glow Green engineer Anthony Poole arrived exactly on time and as planned. He was professional and thorough throughout, explaining to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He covered everything up and cleaned up after himself. I feel very comfortable that the new boiler had been fitted well and the instructions he gave me regarding the boiler and thermostat were very clear to understand. I have no hesitation in recommending him and the company.

Very impressed with glow green. The surveyor came, we spoke about various solutions. Decided, then the installation happened a week late. Fitters did a great job all completed in one day. Very tidy work and really good lads too.

The job ended up being longer than planned as they ran into an unexpected problem with the house but they offered an immediate solution and arranged to stay on to get the work finished as quickly as possible.
