The second time using this company and James Oakley to manage my Mortgage and re-mortgage for my right to buy property. The process was always managed well and with Jody involved the weekly updates were always on time and accurate. They was both always helpful and true to the company ethos of straight talking advice, both have been a credit and stars in ensuring that the process was as pain free as possible, a definite recommendation from myself for anyone wanting a company that are professional and hard working on the customers behalf. From start to finish these guys were fantastic. Advise given was impartial and got us on the right track. Even when we put an offer in quite quickly on a house CLS got everything sorted quickly, and every step of the way kept us updated and informed.
Buying a house is a huge pain, however the guys at CLS made it a lot more bearable! Couldn't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a mortgage or remortgage well worth it.

Well, what can I say? I was dreading the mortgage process, the waiting, the uncertainty and the inevitable sleepless nights. Would I have any nails left at the end? Would we get the rate we wanted? Would we be approved? From the very first phone call I knew I was dealing with the right company. Within two weeks we had our offer and we couldn't be happier.
