What could I say that hasn't already been said? An absolutely professional service from start to finish. The initial phone contact and online booking were handled quickly and very pleasantly. I received text confirmations for the pickups from the drivers, and both Jon and Tim were spot on time, friendly, and helpful. The vehicles were superb luxury cars. I would definitely use this service again and recommend this company to anyone looking for a top-class experience at a price comparable to other airport parking services.

Great company to deal with. Have used them many times - they are always on time. Always polite. And always contact you the day before to confirm the pick up so you know who the driver will be. Would highly recommend.

Bath Taxi Transfers provided excellent service when my husband and I needed to be driven from Bath to Birmingham International Airport. They responded promptly and in detail to my initial inquiry, and gave information about costs and travel times as well as the services they could provide. After confirming our booking they remained in communication with us and contacted us by SMS a day prior to our travel day and confirmed arrangements for pick up and time.
The car - a jaguar - was immaculate and comfortable and our driver, Damien, was there before time to greet us as we checked out of our hotel. Damien proved to be a considerate and professional chauffeur and made our two hour trip a pleasant and friendly experience. We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Bath Taxi Transfers to other travellers who wish to have a smooth, trouble free transfer.

Excellent service, luxury S-Class Mercedes, bottled water, sweets and magazines. Ade was very friendly and happy to chat, but also left us to relax and enjoy the journey. Collected right on time, (Ade was a few minutes early which was reassuring), and dropped off at our venue right on time. Have used several times, and will continue to do so for next trips.
