My Xbox one X broke just outside of warranty and Xbox quoted 239 to fix. Due to the high price and long timescale of repair I opted to look locally. This is where I found Ian and his company Adept Repair. Called Ian, he diagnosed the issue with the Xbox over the phone, booked me in for a repair with 3 working days and not only that, repaired it the same day! Genuinely impressed by the service, the expertise, the speed and the price. I did have doubts about a local repair but I would, without doubt, use Ian again and recommend him.

I could not recommend these guys more! I had a very strange pc issue with a system I build, and other shops just turned it away. After an initial visit and having a hopeful fix, it didn't work unfortunately. However after contacting Adept again, they were quick to arrange a collection for my machine and get to work. I was given warning on any costs before purchase, and the whole process was seamless.
I can't stress more the sheer pace these guys can work at, and the quality and expert knowledge that just allows you to trust them. Something lacking in this area. I now have a working system and at a fair price. Just want to say thank you to Adept for looking into such a strange issue, and the customer care you provided. If you need any technical help in the area then these are the guys to see! I'll surely not look elsewhere again

My PS4 hdmi port was broken, i rang up Ian, I was told that I could drop it down within the hour and that it should be fixed within the 24 hrs. Within a hour I had a call saying that it was all fixed, for a fair price. Cant thank him enough. Highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant, sorted out my faulty PS4 in less than 24 hours, Incredibly helpful , friendly and above all else honest, initially the fault was thought to be more expensive to fix when it was discovered it was a cheaper issue to fix, i was told what the issue was discovered to be and charged the lower price, Kept upto date with the repair every step of the way, can't recommend Ian enough

My laptop screen cracked Sunday evening, I found Ian on Facebook and messaged him, I was surprised at how quick he responded as it was 22:30. I explained the problem and sent a photo of my poorly laptop and Ian said he would pick it up from my workplace Monday and it would be ready Tuesday. Ian picked it up in the morning and I had a phone call at 16.30 Monday saying he had already fixed it and to come pick it up. Thank you so much, Ian, it's as good as new, really happy with your work and would recommend highly.
