Concept Development
Our clients come to us with all manner of ideas which we work on with them to provide pictures, diagrams, spec sheets and plans which define how that idea makes its journey into hard reality. Our core skills are our electronics and real-time embedded software design which is complimented by advanced solid modelling and mechanical design to provide a comprehensive product design service. We are also part of the Microsoft Partner Program and undertake PC software applications programming in Microsoft Visual Studio.
Product Design
From an agreed Concept design and Project plan, our engineers use our skills in analogue electronics, power supply design, embedded software, mechanical design, industrial design, rapid prototyping, design for manufacture, quality control, meeting product compliance and environmental standards to design a product which embodies the original design concept in a form suitable for volume manufacture. All our completed custom electronic design and development projects include not only technical innovation and leading edge functionality but are also designed to be manufactured reliably and cost-effectively enabling you to launch your product successfully into market.
Prototype Production
Arrow Technicals manufacturing service works in close cooperation with our Design Team to manufacture small batch sizes of units for field trials. Our rapid setup service makes it relatively easy and painless to fit small runs in between our larger assembly contracts so you get the repeatable benefit of a machine build (or partial machine build) without having to make large volume commitments and rapid turnaround perfect for electronic or PCB prototypes. Once you have proven the design with field trials of a batch of electronic prototypes then its only a short step for us to get the product into large volume manufacture.

We outsource all of our product design requirements and we have used of a number of electronic product design companies over many years. Arrow Technical are the most customer focused company that I have dealt with. Their focus on the real world application of the end product and attention to detail of the hardware design exceeds expectations. I find them easy to deal with and highly professional on every level
