Despite what one ex employee has done this company dealt with it quickly and professionally, which is why she is now an ex member of staff. I sincerely hope the company can come back from this and continue doing what they do best, representing members of the public in a legal capacity. Unfortunately right now due to the pandemic there isn't much that can be done but I wish them every success.

Shannon at VHS has been amazing. From start to finish we couldnt fault her. She was knowledgeable, clear and precise about what to expect. She listened well, she represented well and she certainly is an asset to the company. She won our trial. That would be down to her being able to pick up on details many would miss. Clare Roberts at VHS was a fantastic help with our sons primary school appeal, I would not have got through it without her help and support! Im happy to say we won our appeal but I'm sure it could've been a different outcome without the hard work Clare put in! I couldn't recommend her highly enough and if anyone is unfortunate enough to have to go through appeal I would definitely suggest you speak to VHS.

I used VHS Fletchers for my education appeal. Which we won. I honestly think with out Andrew and clares help we would have failed and not got my son his rightful place. But these guys didn't let up and because of there drive, they didn't let the NCC run riot over me this time which prevented the council denying my son a place.
