Stayed here overnight and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous, didn't want to get out of the amazing comfy bed! Breakfast was lovely, quality Full English. Mike went above and beyond to help us get to our party at Knowsley, an absolute credit to the team! Would definitely recommend and i'd happily stay here again :)

Had the most amazing night for my mums birthday, the staff were amazing and really looked after us and the food was excellent! Cooked to perfection, the moussaka was stunning. The best meal we have all had, would definitely recommend and will be coming back very soon, thank you for such a wonderful night

I had a wonderful evening with my friends, staff where fantastic. I had the pleasure of meeting the new head chef, his vision on food was full of passion for the restaurant i have eaten here before but the food was not at the high leve it is now.

We were visiting family in nearby Liverpool, and fancied staying somewhere nearby, and managed to find this lovely pub has clearly had a bit of money spent on it. We were very impressed with the decor in our room - and particularly on the landing. Although we'd only booked one night, we picked my partner's Mum up and brought her back here for dinner later that day. Super friendly staff, excellent food.

We stayed here recently while visiting St Helens for our granddaugters' christening. The Eccleston Arms is a stunning place, from the kerbside through the reception / bar area, dining area and the beer garden. Our room was fabulous and the decor amazing to every detail. Definitely so much more than we expected. The waiting and house staff were very friendly and helpful anytime we needed their assistance. Breakfast was filling and tasty. We will most definitely stay again on our next visit.
