My mum was unable to look after herself. Now she is very happy, my sister and I visit on a regular basis and we are more than happy with the excellent treatment she is receiving. Thank you.

I have found the care that my father has received so far to have been excellent and the communication back to me to be good. The staff are pleasant, caring and attentive they always follow up on any concerns or suggestion I have. The room is kept clean and never smells. His bedding and laundry are kept clean. The food is well balanced. The home feels like a home from home. I am happy that my father is being cared for with respect and is given emotional support when needed.
