Abacus has acted for Vinci since 2008 on general commercial property matters, including grants and surrender of leases, property acquisitions and disposals and advice and service of notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. The Property team has also advised on the Interpretation and Construction of Leases with the various companies portfolios, as well as giving some clear advice on Landlord and Tenant biased litigation.

Throughout this time Vinci have found the advice to be thorough, reliable and practical.
