I've been visiting The Chapel, Tunbridge Wells for approx 13 years now & I absolutely love it. For me, my appointments mean a break from an often busy day, enabling me to slow down and relax. It's a joy; from the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by the fantastic guest relations team, to when you walk out again with a lovely new 'do' in the meantime having been pampered and looked after (by the lovely Kelly) in great surroundings.
My stylist is attentive and listens to my concerns, helping to make the most of my visit and to plan what I might want to achieve over a longer period. All the staff are friendly and extremely talented - added to which, there is the offer of a glass of wine and chocolate - what more could anyone want from a hairdressers!

Thank you so much to Becky and Rhys at the chapel for making me feel like a princess. Becky took time with my consultation to understand what I wanted to achieve- and then she achieved it! She is a genius with colour. Rhys washed and blow dried my hair. I really felt pampered and I enjoyed my head massage. The team made me feel relaxed and comfortable and made me lots of tea. Lovely atmosphere, wonderful team and beautiful building. Loved it!

I love this place I have been coming to The Chapel to have my hair cut and coloured by Sarah for 6 years and I cannot recommend this place enough! Simply the best!
