Tutors and students can schedule sessions at convenient times, making education accessible regardless of location. The system maintains lesson records and facilitates secure post-lesson payments.
In-Person Tutoring
We facilitate face-to-face tuition arrangements between students and local tutors. Our search system identifies nearby educators with relevant qualifications and experience. Users can filter by subject, level, and location to find suitable matches. Enhanced DBS checks ensure safety while maintaining traditional learning benefits through direct interaction.
Tutor Verification
All tutors undergo rigorous verification including Enhanced DBS checks and qualification confirmation. We maintain documentation securely and display verification status on profiles. This ensures educational standards and safety compliance while protecting user data through encrypted storage systems.
Lesson Management
Our platform provides comprehensive lesson management tools including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation features. Automated notifications keep both parties informed of changes. Payment processing integrates with the system, releasing funds securely after each completed session while maintaining transaction records for reference.
Subject Specialisation
We offer tuition across academic, professional, and creative disciplines. From GCSE mathematics to university-level economics, our tutors specialise in specific subjects and levels. This focus ensures expertise in delivering targeted instruction that addresses curriculum requirements and individual learning challenges effectively.

I must admit I was dubious at first BUT soon surprised at how well this site works, we got a great tutor and I'd recommend this site to anyone that requires that little bit of extra help

A great way of finding a tutor. My son was extremely resistant to having a maths tutor. However with 2 months to go to his GCSE exams he decided he did actually need extra support. We found Rob on the Tutor Hunt website. Rob has a lovely way of engaging with my son. My son always looks forward to his session with Rob. He has a nice way of teaching and makes it fun, giving him praise and boosting his confidence. My son really likes being given a maths conundrum at the end of the session. I would highly recommend Rob, especially for those pupils who lack self confidence or have low self esteem.
