Prior to contacting James Kristian with the view of selling a property, we had never had any contact with an estate agent so we were a little apprehensive, we needn't have worried. From the first meeting with Paul, our allocated agent, we were put at ease with his openness and honesty and so impressed with his knowledge of the housing market in the neighbourhood we decided to go with James Kristian.
It proved to be the right move, so much so that the house was sold, subject to contract, within seven days, and that was even without a sign going up outside the property. With the help of the lovely Nicky in the office everything went ahead and we exchanged contracts within twelve weeks. All in all what could have been a traumatic time turned out to be a pleasant experience thanks to the professionalism, dedication and help from Paul and all the staff at James Kristian.
