Low cost, professional, knowledgable and an all round good guy! Richard was indeed an absolute hero. I called him and within minutes he was able to diagnose the problem with my lock, filling me with confidence and putting my mind at ease. He came out to my flat within the hour and replaced the mechanism with no issue, and even cut me spare keys from his van. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you again Richard!

Note that I have also put a review on Trusted Trader . The door lock was causing problems. 45 minutes after my 'phoning Richard was at the door and note this was on a Saturday afternoon in very icy road conditions. The lock was replaced with a different and better style. My 5 requested keys were provided. Excellent service from a very mannerly person. Contact this business with confidence.

A very efficient, respectful and friendly service from Richard who quickly responded late evening replacing our front door lock after we were burgled. This gave us peace of mind after a difficult few hours. He returned as promised the next afternoon to replace the door handle and the locks on our patio doors. His prices were excellent especially given the late call out time.

Excellent service, was recommended to me by another locksmith who couldn't attend. Had me back in the flat within 40 mins of my call when originally thought it'd take that long just to get to me. Reasonably priced considering another company I called wanted 130!! Would definitely recommend but hope I'll not have to use them again myself!

Very pleased with the successful replacement of a faulty door mechanism carried out by Richard. He managed to source the required parts to then repair our old purpose-built timber patio door. I would happily recommend Richard to any friends or family who need a friendly, reliable and trustworthy person to carry out a professional job.
Arrived when he said he would arrive, completed to job speedily, good value and all done with a friendly smile.

Richard came to the rescue, on a Sunday, to sort a broken key in a stair door. He fixed it quickly and it didn't cost the earth. He even managed to cut a new key from the broken one. Great service, highly recommend!

We have a heavy door with an intercom to enter. After years of people pushing against the door to get in, the lock finally gave way a few weeks ago. I did a quick google search, scrolled down and went for the one which said they werent a call centre. Richard was in the area and came round within half an hour. He gave me a quote up front and said he could fit the new lock immediately as he had all the materials in his van. Within 20 mins it was fixed. I was very happy with the service and I will use his services again to fit a key safe for my elderly mum. I would also recommend him to friends and family.
