For nearly 30 years, Midland Survey have been delivering land surveys throughout the UK for a wide variety of architects, developers, contractors and engineers. Using a mixture of traditional survey methods and the latest technology we are able to produce accurate and highly detailed floor plans, sections and elevations of existing buildings / structures. Our team of highly experienced surveyors have worked on thousands of building surveys over the years including (but not limited to) private dwellings, country estates, industrial buildings, churches / cathedrals, schools, offices, sports venues, universities, listed buildings and retail centres.

Our 'in-house' underground utility survey department has a wide range of the most up to date equipment including electromagnetic locators and ground penetrating rader (GPR). This allows us to provide our clients with a highly accurate and cost effective service. We work with clients to achieve exactly what they require.

Midland Survey have an extensive range of the latest technology in laser scanning and total stations enabling us to provide a wide variety of 3D Services, from modelling land and building to 3D fly-throughs. Currently there is a lot of confusion in the industry when it comes to Laser scanning, BIM and 3D modelling. For this reason we work closely with all our clients to make sure we understand exactly what they require and they understand what they will be reciveing at the end of the project.
