Excellent service! Really want to say a big THANK YOU to James at Cairds for going above and beyond in sorting out a particular nasty blocked drain issue in my rented property this weekend. I am amazed at how quickly he managed to get this sorted, literally within a few hours and with such good humour and professionalism keeping me in the loop at all times. I wished to purchase a BTL apartment in Epsom. I contacted Cairds and informed them of my requirements. Bethany from their office contacted me and she agreed to take care of the process, I did not have time to view all properties so she agreed to view and/or only recommend a property based on rental return/value. Early in the search some new properties came on to the market and with her lettings colleague we secured a perfect property.
Despite the property build running late (as they do) Bethany was always available to answer queries and/or liaise with the developers. It was a pleasure to work with her and I would recommend her and Cairds for a purchase of a property in Epsom

Really impressed with the Cairds lettings team. James found new tenants for my property really swiftly; he was professional, friendly and courteous throughout the process. Hannah, Theresa and Marisa have provided excellent support regarding contracts, check in and on-going property maintenance. I'm really impressed with their responsiveness, attention to detail and helpfulness; nothing seems too big an ask.
