Just completed Eddy's "learn to lead bolts" course. Great course that leaves you with a good basic foundation and confidence to start lead climbing.
Eddy's a great instructor with a good sense of humour and we always felt safe in his hands. Thanks for passing some of your knowledge, keeping us safe and for your patience. A true pleasure and will definitely come back to learn more.

Did a day course with Eddy on Sunday. Our group had a mix of experience levels and abilities and he tailored the day to suit everyone. Safety was his No.1 priority at all times. Great knowledge and patience. Thanks Eddy. Look forward to seeing you again in July.

The company I work for recently hired Eddy to come and update all staff members training. Being part of a team from all around the world it was great to watch him work with all of us, helping each individual learn the skills they were missing. Almost more importantly he helped all of us with vastly diffrent backgrounds understand why the company's standard practices are how they are. Making us a better unit than ever before.
Such a great profesinal atmosphere to learn while also having lots of fun when appropriate. Not only did he instruct us but he taught us to be better instructors ourselves. Hope to see you agian man. Would love to take another course someday.

Eddy was brilliant. Really good, clear, useful instruction, but also got us within a day to the point where we found ouselves happy and comfortable at the top of some amazing lines. Highly recommend for all standards.

Eddy took my 16yr old son and nephew for a day's climb on Portland. One had never climbed outdoors, the other had only ever done bouldering. They both had a fantastic time, were enthused about the spirt, eager for more and utterly exhausted! Eddy is a fantastic teacher as well as an expert climber. He instinctively knows how to get the best out if people and how to encourage them. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

My first experience of lead and trad climbing was on a course with Eddy and it exceeded my expectations. Eddy showed us a multitude of useful skills and tailored the lesson and his advice to our individual climbing aspirations: recommending specific rigging setups, gear choice and sources of route information based on our local crags and trip plans. Eddy is patient, enthusiastic and patently extremely knowledgeable and experienced and even though many of the techniques were new to us, we never felt in any danger or under pressure to tick off tasks quickly. We also thought the course pricing was very reasonable considering how much instruction we received on the day.
