Time waster. Promised me twice to attend for locks change. Didn't even bother to call and never turned up. Doesn't answer the phone half the time. Don't understand why bother advertising your services and agreeing for jobs if not interested in the work

I couldn't lock our French doors, I thought it was the lock but it was actually the internal locking mechanism. I phoned Tony he replaced the broken part and upgraded my locks to anti snap 3 star locks to pass on one key. Great service and price. Highly recommend.

Tony is brilliant. He originally fitted all of my locks when we had an extension done. A year later one of the locks failed and fell apart. Tony put me in touch with the supplier to do a claim for fault and then when the new lock arrived popped round and changed it over in about 2 mins. Same day (temporary lock fitted to secure property) and next day (came round to switch lock over when one arrived) service. Highly recommend.

I don't usually write reviews but in this case I thought I must as I was very impressed with the service and knowledge that Tony of AJ Locksmith showed when he came to look at our lock that had seized. Firstly I was given a polite and well mannered telephone conversation when arranging an appointment. He turned up promptly at the arranged time. With no trouble at all Tony fixed the problem explaining what was happening as he went along, being courteous and tidy at all times. I would definitely recommend AJ Locksmiths to my friends and use his services again.
