Came out really quickly to look at the problem and was able to offer an immediate solution. Really nice, polite and helpful, left the room clean and tidy too. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

Called them in an emergency. they are local to us and he attended in 30 mins. needed to order glass and returned as promised. clean and tidy job, good price and a very pleasent guy. will definitely use again and recommend him to others.

Lucas & his team did a fantastic job on what turned out to be a tricky window to be replaced. He is very professional and polite and we were delighted with the end result - I would highly recommend him.

Great service. would highly recommend them to anyone. Called to say when they would be arriving and arrived on time. Got my broken window replaced promptly. very impressed by the workmanship of these guys. Thank you so much

I had a problem with a set of upvc French doors. They kept dropping and hitting the frame. I rang the glazing doctor (Lucus) just for some advice. He said he had a spare hour so popped round straight away. This was also on a Sunday. He diagnosed the problem straight away. He came the next day and repaired the problem. I have to say thay Lucus went above and beyond to help me out. Lovely chap and would definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a professional job. Very tidy, very polite.

It was a pleasure doing business with Nigel. Turned up on time, worked in a swift and efficient manner. Nothing was too much trouble for him especially when I had inadvertently ordered the wrong part - even not charging me for his time I had wasted, he was very understanding. This job was replacing a broken cat flap in a double glazing unit and I was surprised at how little I was charged. I have used Nigel on larger jobs before and he will always be the first person I contact for all matters related to double glazing.

A window in our house shattered. Nigel came round the same day, made it safe and measured a replacement. We also asked him to replace hinges on two other windows. The quote was good. The fitting was quick and efficient - in spite of problems caused by the age of our windows and our asking for some extra work. Everything was left clean, tidy and polished. Nigel is a friendly, pleasant person - we felt happy with letting him go about the house.

Thank you for the explanation. Hope all goes well for your partner and he makes a speedy recovery.sorry for the misunderstanding and we feel we need to rectify the review from a negative to a positive lucas has gone out of his way to prove what a good service he does provide he was very polite and did a perfect job and i would definitely use him again

They supplied and fitted a large made to measure mirror. Great service and looks fab. We are now good going to use them again for a blown bedroom window. Highly recommend and competitive prices.

We wanted splash backs in the kitchen wasnt sure the best way to go called glazing doctor for advice and a quote they where very professional in every aspect and a more than competitive price we went ahead with the work quoted for and we where very impressed from start to finish the results where beyond any expectations I would highly recommend and will keep there number for any future works that we may need

My second time of needing a replacement window and Shaun has proven to be friendly, fast & efficient. Very good prices. Hopefully going to have a porch supplied by them too.

The Glazing Doctor team have just replaced a couple of old windows and an even older, warped external door for my elderly Mum, as well as repairing another door which was no longer lockable. The crumbling and uneven brick and plasterwork made the task tricky and time consuming. We are totally delighted with their work.

Lucas and Luke take a pride in what they do. The job was done professionally; the guys are courteous and caring, punctual, clean up before leaving and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be using this company again and recommend them unreservedly.

Prompt and good value quote, the lads came and changed multiple misted double glazed glass units and were in and out in less than 2h. Would highly recommend!

I was mowing my lawn when the inevitable happened. My mower picked up a stone and fired it at my French patio doors shattering the glass. I rang glazing doctor at 4.40pm on a Thursday evening in a panic and they were here for 5pm. By about 5.30pm the window was safely boarded up and the parts were ordered and fitted by early next week. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Definitely would recommend.

Had an emergency window malfunction, phoned Glazing Doctor he said will be round in fifteen minutes and true to his word turned up within fifteen minutes. He made the window secure and returned with new parts next working day. Repairs carried out efficiently and with a smile. Cannot give enough praise great job at a fair price. Well done.

Had replacement glass for bedroom window yesterday as had lost its seal and had heavy condensation. Job was completed efficiently and looks great. Work is guaranteed and is good value and professional. Recommended.

Amazing Company they really couldn't do enough, Carl is partial to a biscuit or three so stock up. Bi-folding doors look amazing, they make such a difference. We are so happy thank you
