I cannot thank or recommended Carroll and Carroll enough for the fabulous service they provided when they took my late grandma into their care. At such a sad time it was comforting for her to be with somebody I could trust. Paul helped me through every stage of planning the funeral, he was really understanding, patient and always made sure I understood the process as this was my first time at planning a funeral. Just because this independent company is cheaper than the other big, greedy companies it doesn't mean that you are compromising on quality as there service is exceptional. Although this was your first funeral in the new premises you couldn't have guessed as it was flawless. All the staff were extremely professional, caring and polite throughout.
