In house Design
Producing a good result starts with knowledge of how the embroidery process works and how that can be applied to a customer's identity. Using leading graphics packages and the best embroidery software in the business, we take a design and from it create an embroidery file that will run successfully on our Tajima machines.
We plan, create, sample and run everything here and regularly work with very demanding designs and challenging brand guidelines to achieve an excellent finished product.
Embroidery Production
The only way to truly control quality and lead times is to have your own production facility and we do. Once we have sampled and approved your design we use one of our eleven Tajima embroidery machines to run the job. We only allow fully trained staff to work on your design and they use a combination of techniques, hooping methods and stabilisers to make sure of a first class result.

I've used this company so many times over the years (and watched it grow) and I've always been delighted with the results. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful and their attention to detail is excellent. Their product range constantly surprises me.
