Have used 1-Fix Ltd now for many years on a personal basis and always found the service excellent . Recently had a PC problem and was solved remotely within an hour. This week they sorted out a long standing e-mail problem affecting two I Phones and an I Pad. Very efficient and helpful

Just a quick a note to say a big thank you for not only successfully repairing my laptop but turning it around so quickly. The failure occurred at a critical time for me right in the middle of a very important project I am working on the down time was kept to a minimum. Having had the dreaded blue screen come up and unable to even start Windows in safe mode I thought the laptop had become a brick.
