I would highly recommend Bear to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. They have gone above and beyond any other estate agent I've ever dealt with before (and there have been quite a number in the last twenty years). They are highly professional, and have a great work ethic.
Kyle puts so much effort into the pictures ready to market for sale, and they are realistic not made to look bigger than they actually are, unlike some I've seen from other places.
Carlos is amazing, and deserves a medal for his perseverance at getting our exchange sorted (it wasn't the easiest sale I've done due to problems lower in the chain).
