Marie arranged a wonderful Kenyan safari for our family. The safari lodges were amazing, each with their own unique experience, from being escorted to dinner due to hippos on the lawn, to giraffe wandering though the camp, to the most amazing sunset with Kilimanjaro. The food was buffet in all hotels and lodges with good selections. Our guide was with us from the day of pickup through to the last hotel on the Indian Ocean. We did not know about this and was a welcome surprise. We felt safe and looked after the entire holiday.

Can't let the weekend pass without sending a MASSIVE thank you to Han Emin of travel councillors. Seamless service with a smile. Needed to get my parents to Cyprus for a week. Gave Han the dates and she took care of the rest, securing great flights with BA at an excellent price. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel the holiday at short notice. Han made sure we did not lose the money, didn't need to stress about chasing the airline and that we can rebook at no additional cost as soon as we are ready to fly again. So if you're thinking about a holiday or flights only, do what we'll do and go straight to Han and she'll take care of all your holiday needs, above and beyond.

Im great at knowing where I want to go, but Im rubbish at spending the quality time and patience required in researching and planning the perfect adventure.

But thats ok... because thats where you come in. From start to finish you ask the right questions and get to really understand what we are looking for in a dream holiday - then you go away, do all the hard work and come back to us with different top level options. Our Thailand trip was epic. 3 destinations, the most beautiful hotels with views that were out of this world. Sorry if I over did it with the WhatsApp photo holiday spam! You must get so jealous! You found us the perfect accommodation, somewhere we would never have found ourselves, but which turned out to be just right for our holiday. You also found us the best flights, along with a complimentary personal transfer to make it easy for us on arrival. As well as making the selection and booking easy, there was also the knowledge that if we did run into any problems on the trip we had easy access to you and the full backup of Travel Counsellors to help. Marie is like an angel when it comes to sorting out my holidays for me. So many times I have approached her with ideas of where I want to go and where I want to stay, very shortly after our consultation she has had my entire holiday sorted for me. Marie has been able to get the best deals for me and sometimes has even come up with better suggestions that I have been very grateful for. My next holiday is to Canada.

I wanted this to be a special holiday as it is to celebrate my Husband's '60th' birthday. I didn't know where to start looking. Canada is a massive country.
