Ayesha was fantastic - very clearly focussed on me as the customer, and great communication throughout. She is a pleasure to deal with and was patient with me , yet she always made sure that I was taken care of. Prompt communication goes a long way ! Thank you Ayesha!

I had a very positive experience with Citybase Apartments - Ayesha was very responsive, friendly and helpful in all my interactions. I had to find an apartment at very short notice, and they went the extra mile in helping sort that out late on a Friday afternoon. The apartment was great, and I had no problems there. They were also helpful after the stay in ensuring a swift return of the deposit.

I have known Citybase Apartments since a couple of years now and all I can say they keep improving their customer services and I have been extremely happy with them. I made a recent booking with them and Ms Araseli Cavero from Guest Relations was so prompt with my queries and has provided with all my questions answered. I highly recommend them. Thank you!
