Ed is friendly and professional. He is hardworking and removed red wine stains from the carpet in the dining area. He asked us to check his work and was quite amenable to redo a few spots again. We are very pleased with the result and can't believe that the stains can no longer be seen. This is the second time we have used Ed for cleaning our rug and carpet, so can without any doubt, highly recommend him.

He not only cleaned several carpets carefully and with great results, but also helped us lift some furniture and boxes that were either temporarily moved during the carpet cleaning or (going the extra mile!) those that we just wanted to get rid of.
