I recently had various multi-trades work done to my flat such as, installing coving and ceiling rose, adding additional electrical wall sockets, removing and installing a new ducting box for extractors, removing artex on walls and replastering, replacing kitchen unit cornicing, removing an old water tank, and installing shelving in alcoves. I cannot thank Ian and his team enough for organising, managing and carrying out the work which was all done to a high standard.
Throughout following initial contact via this webpage, visits to survey and review work to be carried out, arranging timescales, and scheduling tradesmen the whole process was well organised. When the work was being carried out, it was all done in a timely and tidy manner with minimum disruption, and everyone involved was very professional and worked to a high standard. Very impressed with the finished results and would highly recommend to anyone else requiring similar work to be done to their property.

We recently used Fixable to complete a long list of jobs and refurbishments and we are delighted with the results. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Ian came over and gave us an accurate quote in terms of price and the number of days the work would take. We did not have to wait long to get the work started either, which is great for me as I like everything to be done yesterday! He arrived when he said he would, provided all of the materials required to complete the job and fixed anything which cropped up along the way. Dougie took care of the electrical work and Ian replaced our bathroom, fixed some leaks, installed kitchen units, plastered and painted our walls.
Our house was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. All those jobs that had been on a long to do list were taken care of in 6 days! I would not hesitate to use Fixable again and would like to thank them for their hard work!

Fixable deserve a very good review. I am a landlord of 3 properties on St Leonard's Bank Edinburgh and I appointed Jo to fix my properties in June 2015. She has a great team of reliable people that fix everything and anything in a professional and cost-effective manner. For two years in a row they have handled all of my HMO tasks and they are always trying to cut costs for me and give me not only excellent work but also good value.
I am based abroad so it is important that I have a reliable company that can hold keys to my properties and go out and conduct work as required and on time. Anything is possible with Fixable - beds being fixed, holes where mice have got in being filled with steel wool and professionally finished, cupboard holes where mice get in being filled properly, joinery, electrical work, PAT tests, EICR certificates, gas safety certificates, fire safety certificates and even meeting with the Council to keep them happy.
They have a very good diary and invoicing system and I am always happy to pay them straight away because they are a smaller firm but this means they can react quickly and can do jobs cost-effectively. I recommend both Jo and Paul at Fixable highly.

We had a huge struggle with our kitchen sink which was leaking. We were unable to use the sink for fews days. We found fixable and call them. The service was fast, efficient and the end result was great. The price was totally resonable. We will definitly keep the number for any other handy job we have on the house.

Fixable did an amazing job fitting a new bathroom suite in my house. I used to have an old 70's style bath/sink etc that was really old and dated. Paul gave me a very reasonable quote and fitted a brand new sink, shower, bath and toilet. All top drawer work, wouldn't hesitate to use Fixable again for other work around the house.

A friend recommended Fixable to me, and I'm very glad she did. Efficiently organised with clear quotation. Arrived on time to do over a dozen different jobs round my new flat from light fittings, putting up blinds and curtain poles to building several shelves. Paul worked non stop all day, cleanly, quietly and efficiently, checking with each job exactly how I wanted things. High standard of work, completed on time, making it good value for money. We had Paul over for some work in a new flat that we moved into. We're very impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work. He put up shelves; replaced and repainted parts of the false ceiling and handled all the plumbing requirements. He was prompt, polite and cleaned up before heading out. After moving into a newly built flat, I was desperate for some shelves and general hanging and storage space to be put in. Fixable immediately came to the rescue. Paul made an appointment to see us , measured and noted all the work to be done. Paul purchased all the required materials to match what we already had. He arrived dead on time every time he worked at our property. What I appreciated most was that he cleaned up everywhere that he worked before doing the next job. He even cleaned up outside after cutting wood. What a wonderful experience. Well done! Keep doing what you do.

I can't recommend Fixable Ltd highly enough! Paul carried out some work in my bathroom and bedroom to a very high standard. The work was carried out quickly and with no disruption at all.
