Absolutely a 5 stars. I called loads of specialist in heating/plumbing and they were the kindest, fastest and fairest. They came the next day and fixed the problem, so not even 24h without a shower in the freezing winter. Great work, great communication, great attitude. Will become my number 1 engineers to go for sure.

Had dave from mchow round for a boiler repair. Boiler kept cutting out in the middle of using hot water, he took apart the boiler, changed the circuit board and carried out a service for a very reasonable price. Also Id like to add, he was there with only a couple of days notice. Top service, will use again

Top marks to McHow. I needed a boiler repair going into a cold long weekend and these guys dropped everything to make it happen. Somehow they found the parts despite everywhere being closed and were on site within a few hours. The problem was quickly diagnosed and rectified within 30 minutes. Amazing! To top it all, David and Josh could not have been more helpful or friendly. Really impressed all round. Great to have found someone local for future work/servicing etc. Many thanks guys, I will definitely recommend to others.

Dave has helped me with boiler/heating issues a few times now, and hes always been super responsive, efficient and polite. This last time he offered to come round on the day I called him, and knew exactly how to fix the problem. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

After having two engineers from separate companies come out and try to fix my boiler, and charging me through the roof to end up with the same problem a couple of days later, I was over the moon with the service I received from McHow. Not only did they fix my boiler first try, they came the next day and did not overprice!
