Burgled early hours of Saturday morning, we needed to replace the back door lock. Husband phoned 'national call centre' for locksmith and after getting the runaround for 2 hours (we can't contact the engineer - oh yes he's on his way - no he's not) husband cancelled the callout. It was an absolute pleasure to call Frank and be told 'I'll be there in 20 minutes' and sure enough 20 min later there he was at the door.

30 minutes later job done and at a very reasonable price. Frank even drove my husband to a cash machine (burglars took it all!!) so we could pay the man for his work! I would not hesitate to recommend Taylor Emergency Locksmith for prompt service and professionalism.

Frank did an excellent job of opening up a safe for a good friend of mine. She phoned a few locksmiths whose prices were extortionate. Frank managed to open it within an hour. She is one happy customer.
