I recently used Van OD to move flats and it was completely stress-free. I found the whole process of organising the removal much simpler than other companies online that ask for precise inventories, dimensions, weights, etc. (which are often impossible to give at the time of booking), and they were very quick to reply to my emails. The driver, Rony, and the other helper were both very friendly, quick and professional.

They were very careful with my things, respectful to both properties and they let me jump in the van with them which was very convenient as I dont drive. The price is also very reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!

Van OD where great to work with, easy communicators and gave clear estimate after my list of kit was provided (which was actually reduced after they moved all my stuff in less time than quoted!). They put up with moving not only all my heavy boxes of books but all the fiddily bits and slightly awkwardly wrapped items too. Their customer care was particularly notable in that they tip-toed around my housemates, who where moving out simultaneously, without protest. I would obviously recomend these guys and will happily use them again in future.

Good time keeping and always have spaces for emergency moves. I've used them for myself lots of times and my service users. Would defo recommend to others. All the team at Van OD are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond. Professional and relatable they are far the best company I've came across. They even do moves outside of Bristol. Just all round amazing.

Would recommend these to anyone moving, nothing seems to difficult. Moving is a stressful time but the way these guys show up and move your stuff (especially down 3 flights of stairs) was amazing. We was all moved in and unpacking within a couple hours.

I cannot recommend Van OD enough! The email communication was great beforehand but the service on the day was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was done easily and with a smile. They made my move simple and stress-free. Plus their prices are really reasonable and they don't try to catch you out with extra costs.

I'd highly recommend, had a bargain on marketplace for a climbing frame, contacted in the morning they picked up (& dismantled for us) delivered in the afternoon same day and even printed the building instructions for me. Fantastic service and very reasonable price. Thank you
