My first experience with Pilgrim Payne involved having a number of predominantly full-length curtains relined and cleaned. The outstanding results and top-notch customer service prompted me to have the remaining curtains cleaned as well. Although I initially considered having them relined, I was advised that it was unnecessary. Once more, I was thoroughly impressed with the outcome, leading me to request the cleaning, repair, and rehanging of a Roman blind.
After years of searching for a company to handle this task without success, I was delighted with the swift and professional work. I highly recommend Pilgrim Payne and would gladly engage their services again in the future.

Used this company for cleaning two sets of heavy curtains that had been up for several years. Good service from ringing up to make the appointment, to Gregory coming round to give a quote, then Gregory returning to take down the curtains for cleaning, then returning a week later to re hang them. So nice dealing with someone who is so experienced. Would definitely recommend this company.

Fabulous service. I had my curtains cleaned and one pair shortened. Gregory is obviously a curtain pro, he handled my curtains with care and paid attention to detail when re-hanging them. He is also courteous and very personable. I'm delighted with the quick service and I'm delighted with my curtains! Highly recommend.

Just to put the record straight ! Pilgrim Payne is still of the highest standard just as it was 25 years ago... my curtains were taken off ( altogether 12 of them) cleaned, repaired within the shortest time, in fact before the quoted date... & re-hanged beautifully by Roger... Everybody at Pilgrim & Payne were extremely kind, polite & helpful

Did wonders for our vintage kelim which had been damaged by a cheaper cleaning "expert". They did their utmost to remedy the damage and achieved a real improvement. Their staff, all the way from the estimator, the cleaning expert and customer services were consistently helpful and polite. Full marks to Pilgrim Payne, highly recommended.
