I'm very pleased with the work, he is a true professional. Arrived on time, professional manner, good communication and called before hand to let men know. Very happy with the work provided, most importantly cleaned up the mess. He seems knowledgeable and completed the work quickly.

The original lock he fitted went wrong within two weeks. When I got in touch with him to complain about this, he said there would be a further call out charge. I did not think this was right as the lock was less than two weeks old but still I have asked for his comments. He said he did not believe it was due to any faulty workmanship on his part, however he offered to replace it at no cost with the original make which was at a slightly higher price. I was more than satisfied with this offer and considered the matter settled.

Very efficient, polite service carried out to very high standards. I have booked him for 5pm on Friday and he rang to say he could come earlier, so he did. Ensured our locks comply with our insurance cover. Very impressed with the service which was excellent - very good and clear advice given prior to work. Made sure that we are fully aware what hes doing and how much it will cost before started work.

My front door lock had broken and we got locked inside so the issue had to be sorted as soon as possible. Trusted Local Locksmith in Brixton SW2 did a great job replacing the lock. Tidy, clean and efficient. Explained each step and cost. Very willing to help, even when it was difficulty to access the property due to us being locked in!
