We have used Carpet Mills on two occasions, for our bedroom flooring and kitchen. The fact that they are a family business was immediately appealing to us. We received outstanding service from Ethan in the store, who was extremely helpful and a pleasant person to deal with. He assisted us on multiple occasions, and we found him to be very friendly. For both installations, we had the same fitter, Gerrard, who also provided excellent service. We intend to continue using Carpet Mills as needed and would certainly recommend them to others.

We have just purchased and had fitted vinyl flooring in our hall, kitchen and dining area. The service from Gemima instore to the fitter was superb. Such a friendly personalised service throughout that you only get from a small family business. Our go to from now on. Highly recommended.

Probably one of the best places for customer service I have encountered! The store is absolutely packed with stock and Jemmima is so knowledgeable on product knowledge . Prices are good too! 100 % recommended. Only place for me for flooring from now on.

Had my carpet fitted last Friday. It looks great and have had loads of compliments since it was done. The lady is the shop was very helpful, think her name is Gemma and helped me choose the colour

Outstanding service. I went to this store on a Saturday half an hour before closing time. When I explained that I needed new flooring delivered the next day due to a bad water leak,the staff made sure to accommodate. The quality of the flooring is excellent and I would highly recommend.
