I couldnt lock the house there was some problem with the lock meaning, I couldnt go out. It was late afternoon so I wanted to wait until the next day but I couldnt lock myself inside either! I decided to call them despite the late hour and they responded very quickly. The problem was resolved by a nice locksmith who charged as much as it had been decided and the price was reasonable!
