Acorn "installed" my back door. The product was good but the workmanship was appalling. The door was left with gaps around it and flashing falling off. The promised completion never occurred. The proprietor made promises he clearly had no intention of keeping. The job remains unfinished after 6 months and countless attempts to contact them.

Had an issue with a door locking mechanism on a front door sticking meaning the door would not close. Called Acorn at 10am and Steve was able to get to me at 1pm to assess the problem. Half an hour later he had fixed the gear, serviced the entire mechanism and provided advice on how to prevent a repeat. Call out charge was very reasonable.
Polite, efficient, high quality work and reasonable price - highly recommended.
