Their ability to offer pilates to fit with my complicated work schedule means that for the first time I'm able to engage with exercise in a way that suits my lifestyle. I'm benefiting from the encouragement as well as the tuition. I'm already feeling the benefits in my desk-bound posture.

I have been attending Oxphysio's pilates class for the last 6 months and I love it! I was completely new to pilates and already feel like I know what's going on. The instructor knows her stuff, develops you and helps all levels get the best out of the class. I am more toned and stronger for having gone. It's great!

Having suffered long term pain and restricted movement in my neck Cath Hooton's intervention has been little short of magical. In the first session I had with her she identified the cause of the problem and focussed on it with immediate benefits in terms of in terms of flexibility and neck movement. Subsequent sessions have produced continued improvement and I remained hugely impressed by her skill. She is the best physio I have ever been to.
