I first went to Stacey for a trial, armed with a few vague pictures of how I wanted my wedding hair to be, and said 'I'd like a mixture of these.' I was worried it would be difficult for me to explain, but Stacey got it from the start. Within half an hour, my hair was transformed into exactly what I'd been picturing. I was impressed, and when it lasted all day, I knew I wanted her to do my wedding hair.

A few weeks before the wedding, I changed my mind and settled on a different style. Stacey asked me if I wanted another trial, but I said no, as I trusted her. I was right to trust her. On the day, she calmly chatted away to me as she transformed my hair into my dream style. I loved it. But what impressed me the most was her manner. One of my bridesmaids had health problems and couldn't leave her hotel room to have her hair done.

Without any fuss, Stacey went backwards and forwards to her room, helping her, even though she was on a different floor of the hotel. She made sure she was comfortable and happy before the wedding. Not many professionals would have done that. She didn't need to. But as soon as I explained the problem, she took care of it. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Stacey to anyone getting married. The hair was amazing and my bridesmaids and I looked gorgeous. But her kindness put the icing on the cake. I'm so happy that she was part of my day.
