I am writing to put on record our very sincere thanks for the excellent service we received from your company in the installation of our alarm system. The process began with the request for you to come and quote with Ben arriving on time, making helpful suggestions as to how it should be installed. The quotation arrived by return. Once accepted, the appointment was made to install and again the engineers arrived at the promised time, the first thing they did was to put their over slippers on.
They did the job very efficiently and cleaned up and gave a full run through on how to work the system before leaving. The whole process was a credit to your team and I have no hesitation recommending your services.
