Our chimney cowl was blown away in the storms so we needed a replacement urgently. We called into the showroom in Dawlish this morning where a lovely lady said she would do her best to get the problem sorted asap. With that, the Flamingrate lads turned up this afternoon and without making any fuss with the chimney being in a bit of a tricky position, they renewed the cowl and on the way down cleared out a hopper head which was full of moss etc., if you don't call that fantastic service, I don't know what is. Thank you so much Flamingrate.

A company that well and truly lives up to its name! They were 'Flamingrate' from our very first contact with them. Friendly, professional, punctual and knowledgeable the install team worked their socks off and did a first rate job. I'm pretty sure the living room was cleaner when they finished than it was when they started too! We're absolutely delighted with our new fireplace and log burner and heartily recommend Flamingrate.

Flamin Grate did a superb, professional job in knocking out our old fireplace back to its brick original and installing a multifuel burner. Although the job proved bigger than originally anticipated, the guys kept to their schedule and cleaned up after themselves. As a result we have a traditional burner with a floating oak mantelpiece which sets our cottage kitchen perfectly. A great company and great service, and we'd happily recommend them to anyone.

Flamingrate Dawlish were flaming great! They provided a first class service. We wanted to move the position of our wood burning stove, which meant a new hearth, changing the position of the external flue and replacing the internal pipes. Communications by phone were friendly and helpful and all calls we made were returned promptly. The work was done in a timely manner and some subsequent adjustments we needed were allowed within the original estimated price. I highly recommend this company.
