Took my laptop in with damage to the casing, a broken track-pad, and a broken hinge which was causing screen distortion. They transferred all the components into a brand new case rather than repair the existing case, so I got a brand new laptop in a sense. When I received the laptop back, the screen was still flickering. I rang them to express displeasure that what I had stated was the primary problem had not been fixed - they ordered me a new screen cable and fitted it for free!

When I got it back, to my joy, the track-pad had also been fixed, something I had been previously told would have to be replaced! Very happy, if I have any issues in the future, this is the company I will be using.

Was advised by the lovely man that my computer had insufficient space to upload Windows 10, he then personally helped me purchase a laptop that was more useful for my lifestyle. I am so pleased with the HP he advised me to purchase, am over the moon, the service at Scunthorpe Computers is truly outstanding, if anything goes wrong or I need advice, I know where to go now.

Great service had my computer fixed then had my motorhome TV in, the shop had it a few days found no faults.
Collected no charge so you can't do better than that. Still both working great

I had a self inflicted problem trying to fix a laptop sound issue Andrew solved the problem in minutes and in addition corrected a few other issues. I would unreservedly recommend this company.
