Fergus came round on the same day that I called, the job took longer than he expected due to shoddy work by the previous locksmith. I was having problems locking the door and was scared that putting extra force in doing this would result in the key breaking in the lock. Fergus made adjustment to the locking system and the key now turns smoothly in the lock :) Happy days.Will definitely call Fergus should I have any issues with my other locks.

With initial fears of call out charges, labour rates by the hour, and a very hefty bill on completion, Fergus surpassed all of my initial expectations. As well as fixing and replacing the lock on a broken UPVC front door, Fergus gave excellent advice and stood by everything he said. The overall service was swift and professional with an honest approach. I could not give a higher recommendation to a local company.
