The best professional support is available when it is needed most. Regardless of how prepared we thought we were for my Dad's passing, having Paul O'Brien from Pughs as our funeral director proved to be the help we did not even know we needed. From the day of Dad's passing to the Woodland burial, including a wake with a unique approach, and all the administration and tasks in between, Paul demonstrated his professionalism, discretion, sensitivity, knowledge, and down-to-earth nature.
