Do you move furniture during installation?
We can move larger furniture items for an additional fee, provided they can be safely lifted by two people. All cabinets and appliances must be emptied beforehand.
Can you remove existing flooring?
Yes, we offer uplift and disposal services at extra cost, though we reserve the right to decline based on health and safety considerations.
Do you provide free estimates?
Domestic customers receive free estimates while businesses and insurance-related quotes incur a charge. Contact us to arrange a visit.
Are your fitters employed directly?
We have our own experienced fitters, though occasionally use reputable contractors during busy periods while maintaining full responsibility for work quality.
Do you move kitchen appliances?
We can move appliances for additional fees, but gas/electrical appliances must be disconnected by qualified professionals. We don't move American-style fridge freezers.
