AVOID. I am giving a two star review purely because Fiona Greenhalgh eventually managed to sell my flat and help me buy our house. However, it felt very much like Fiona was doing me a favour rather than providing a professional service and she lost her temper with me on one occasion when I asked her a perfectly reasonable question about completion dates and then weeks after completion she contacted me to ask for 417 back as she had miscalculated the completion totals significantly. I would strongly encourage anyone seeking conveyancing services to go elsewhere. Rather than lowering our stress Fiona increased it.

After our daughter's wedding, my spouse and I realized it was time to update our Wills. We reached out to Amanda Tucker, who proved to be both professional and approachable. During our consultation, she thoroughly addressed all our concerns and even suggested additional adjustments, which we gladly accepted. We collectively decided that crafting entirely new Wills in a modern format made more sense than simply modifying the old ones.
The process was swift, spanning just a few days, and the costs remained consistent with our previous expectations, adjusted for inflation. Overall, it was a straightforward and satisfactory experience.
