Questions
Do I need a magnetic system filter for my boiler?
Yes, we recommend installing a magnetic filter to capture sludge and debris. It protects your boiler, maintains efficiency, and is often required for manufacturer warranties.
What should I do if my condensate pipe freezes?
Thaw the pipe using warm water or a hairdryer. Avoid open flames. If unresolved, contact our engineers for urgent assistance to prevent boiler damage.
How often should I service my central heating system?
Annual servicing ensures safety, efficiency, and warranty compliance. Oil Aga cookers require biannual checks to maintain performance and longevity.
Can I service my boiler myself?
No, only Gas Safe or OFTEC-registered engineers should service boilers. DIY attempts risk safety hazards and void warranties.
What areas do you cover for emergency repairs?
We provide emergency services across West Sussex, Surrey, South West London, and the South Coast, including Crawley and Brighton and Hove.
