What a team, what a practice! I was assigned to watling street dental for my smile white consultation and Im glad I did, I was greeted by the warmest welcome from Dr Olurotimi and Ciara who made me feel so settled and welcome. They explained the whole process in terms I would understand, ensuring I know exactly what lies ahead and what I would need to do to proceed and have the best possible outcome.

They informed the other dentist of my needle phobia ensuring when I next returned for my filling and hygienist that the needles were out of my sight and supplied me with a stress ball for my nerves (Im almost 30 but we listen we dont judge!)
Ive now had my aligners and attachments fitted and my IPR and they could not have made the process more pain free and comfortable even through my giggling at the staff banter.
Having a manic life as I do, Ciara messages me with available appointments when I need them and responds to any questions or queries I have when shes available and this way suits my life so much better than calling and awaiting call backs like other practices Ive been with.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to fit me in the dentists busy schedule on short notice without an appointment.
