Spa Repairs
We have had many years of experience in repairing and maintaining hot tubs. Our engineers have been factory trained at several different leading manufactures. Our service vans are fully stocked with most major brand components, and if we dont carry it, we can usually source it within a few days. Our aim is to resolve the issue on the first call; we are able to do this due to the extensive range of parts we carry. We are happy to undertake work on all major brand hot tubs & many others.

We cannot recommend Three Counties Spas enough. This is a go ahead company with good old fashioned customer service. Thank you. Emma was so so helpful making sure we chose the right hot tub for us With absolutely no pressure .Will who came out before it was fitted to give advise was helpful and gave us confidence to finish the the pre tub preparations. On the day of the tubs arrival Will and Carl navigated an awkward entrance and got it situated without any fuss. Afterwards they explained hoe everything works. Rob and I are so impressed with not on y our fabulous hot tub ,but also the team ,Emma Will and Carl who made the whole process a real pleasure.
One week later we even got a phone call from Emma to see how we were getting on. If you have aches and pains or any strains the tub is the way forward They are a wonderful way for a multi generational family to come together. Or simply chill on your own. We wish we had bought one years ago.

An absolutely fabulous company. We have recently had a caldera spa delivered and installed by them. From entering the show room and meeting Emma the owner who was just wonderful. So professional and knowledgeable and not one bit pushy. She helped us navigate to find the spa that was perfect for our needs. She advised on the preparation work we needed to fulfil before the installation and was on hand for a few phone calls along the way to check we had got everything correct before they delivered.
With regards to the two fitters they too were excellent friendly and professional and made a super job of the installation and were very respectful to our property. We are absolutely thrilled with it and use it all the time and 100% would recommend them. A small personal business that has it spot on!

Fantastic service from start to finish. We visited the show room three times before making the purchase and were always made to feel welcome. The knowledge demonstrated by Emma was very in-depth and informative. Due to our restricted access, the only way to get the Hot Tub installed was via a Crane, this was arranged by Three Counties direct taking the stress out of having to sort a Crane ourselves. The installation went very well with no issues and we are very happy with the end result. I highly recommend Three Counties Pools and Spas as their customer service is excellent.

We have had absolutely brilliant service from Three Counties Pools & Spas. Their showroom and choice of spas is far superior to anywhere else I visited. Their extensive knowledge, no pressure advice and experience with challenging spa installations was what made us purchase our caldera spa with them. We have been impressed with their customer service at every step of the way and also their aftercare. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Our whole experience with Three Counties Pools and Spas has been a delight each stage of the process from enquiry, pre-sale, sale, delivery, installation and after sale support has been conducted in a highly professional and friendly manner. The service is delivered in a style that totally embraces and accommodates the needs of the customer, with the end result being first class products delivered by a first class team of course, we then enjoy first class luxury!

"We have known Will & Emma since we purchased our hot tub about Five years ago, we found them both to be very friendly and helpful. The level of service we have had over the years has been brilliant and their product knowledge is second to none. We got our hot tub in August of last year. I was worried about how we would manage the upkeep, chemicals and the dreaded electricity bills. I shouldnt have worried. The hot tub is really easy to maintain and not at all scary in the electricity bill way. Emma and Will are always so helpful on the end of the phone with any first nerves queries. My husband works away a lot and we have three children, from teenager to toddler, one of whom is severely disabled.
Life can be stressful as any family knows. We all jump in the tub and the stresses, strains and grumps melt away. We all have fun together as a family and it doesnt involve trip to the local pool with all the hassle that entails with children sometimes. Our beautiful disabled daughter loves her time in the hot tub with us. It soothes her muscle tightness and relaxes her as only warm water can. We wonder how we ever lived without our hot tub, its like being on holiday at your own house, especially in the snow.
