Hydro-Active Pools & Spa's

Hydro-Active Pools & Spa's has been dedicated to providing premium hot tubs and swim spas since 1998, combining extensive industry knowledge with a customer-centric approach. Our founder, Andy, transitioned from a passion for swimming pools to pioneering innovative hot tub solutions as the market evolved. Over two decades, we have established ourselves as a market leader through competitive pricing, award-winning aftersales service, and a commitment to quality. Our team of nearly 20 professionals maintains rigorous product selection standards while offering comprehensive support, including installation, maintenance, and financing. Recognised with multiple WhatSpa? 2019 Best Buy awards, we operate from two UK showrooms with over 25 models available for demonstration.

Our technical expertise extends to energy-efficient designs, Bluetooth/WiFi integration, and hydrotherapy systems that deliver measurable health benefits. As an FCA-authorised credit broker, we provide transparent financial solutions while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards. Customer testimonials consistently highlight our professional service delivery, from initial consultation through to post-purchase support. Our 28-day delivery guarantee for in-stock items and nationwide installation services demonstrate operational efficiency. This sustained excellence in product quality and service delivery has enabled us to maintain market leadership despite industry competition.
