Always easy to order and always delighted with final product. With my recent order, i was not in when the delivery occured. My neighbour had signed for the parcel and stored it off-site, without letting me know. I initially contacted customer service at UK Packaging to ask if it had been delivered, i was sent proof of delivery. Customer service team super responsive in following up.
Parcel found!

It would have been helpful if Fedex had updated me on when delivery would be and then when delivery had happened. i would then have followed up sooner. Communication always key to help efficiencies. Mentioned this also to my neighbour
